Email your completed forms to: info@mybackyardtours.com, please include all requested information on the form. After we receive your completed form(s) (one for per person), we will send you an email to confirm whether we can fill your requirements.

RENTAL PERIOD: 11:00 AM TO THE NEXT DAY 1:00 PM

Delivery/Return of Clothing: Delivery can be provided to all major hotels and accredited accommodations, Monday to Friday. Air BnB clients are asked to schedule a time they can pick up/drop off their clothing from our office at #25-100 Borden drive between Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

A fee of $15.00 per reservation may be added to those that start/end on weekends and holidays. (Please note: one reservation can include multiple clothing packages and the rate is inclusive of both directions.)

Delivery Time: 11:00 AM.  Please note that later delivery and earlier returns can be easily arranged pending your travel schedule.  If you arrive later in the day your clothing will be delivered to your hotel, either in-room or with reception.  We welcome you to include your travel information in your communication with us. Also, please ensure you provide us with the name that is used to reserve your accommodation.

Pick-up/Return Time: 1:00 PM (Please allow up to 1/2 hour to accommodate delivery/returns). Early delivery or late returns may incur additional day charges.

Cancellations: Payment is due at time of booking. Payment can either be made by a credit card over the phone or via an emailed invoice – this email will contain a link that will take you to a secure platform and you can pay with major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Cancellations received less than 48 hours of scheduled delivery will incur full charges. Thank you for your understanding!

    • Boots: Youth Sizes: 1 – 4
      • Adults Sizes: 5-14
    • Parks: Youth size 6, 8, 10, 12
      • Adults: Women’s; XS-2XL
        • Men’s: Small – 4XL
  • Q) What Brands do we have?

  • Q) How do I rent the clothes?
    • Download and complete the winter clothing rental booking form from our website and email it to us along with the winter clothing rental agreement. Please be sure to read our winter clothing rental information sheet! https://mybackyardtours.com/clothing-rentals/
  • Q) How do I select the best size for me?
    • Choose the size you typically wear. Keep in mind that you may be wearing extra thick socks or have an extra fleece top/sweater so you might need a size larger.
  • Q). Do the boots come in half sizes?
    • No. Boots come in full sizes only, half sizes are not available; for example, if you wear a 9.5 boot, round up to a size 10.
  • Q). Do you have a store?
    • No, we do not have a store that you can visit. Our team prefers to deliver your rentals to your hotel.
  • Q) How do I get/return the clothing?
    • We offer delivery/pick up to all major hotels and BnB’s within Yellowknife. Arrangements can also be made for you to pick-up/return the packages to our office during regular business hours, Monday to Friday.
  • Q) Can I just rent boots or a parka?
    • Yes. Parkas will be charged at $71.50 per day and Boots at $38.50 per day, plus GST.
